youre a hero OP. strangely, i dont think they sold well. the SHF didnt sell much neither, especially the first edition. Everyone except Tomoyo and Syaoran hung around HLJ, amiami, bbts and even local stores. To think they were able to make it as far as her school uniform too

Not sure about the Figuarts but competing with figma who's forte are animu girls, they didn't stand a chance, what probably killed the line was why did they release the Watery Costume in figfix? That line was doomed from the start, I did buy all of them including the GSC bonuses(except the one with the keychain sealing wand) and the figuarts too because thats how I love the series and they were released at a perfect time when prices for figmoes are still decent and they still hold up to current figma releases in terms of quality, my only complaint is there was no Syaoran in school uniform version, I'm also happy too the where released back then, if Syaoran was released now, his long sleeves would be made into real fabric which frankly, I don't find good

Greeting OP! if you are indeed the one who memed the "you knoe who needs a figma?" post with Sakura then I thank you, it was a dream come true to have her being "figmatized", there is still ebay and Mandarake where you can still buy her though so its not a total lost, the only hard part will be if you want the GSC bonuses it came with(keychain, clow book and additional face parts)

if you say so. the school uniform, pink and blue ones hung around with the SHF pink and yellows where ive been shopping. on a semi-related note, nobody still wants SHF Goofy neither for some reason.

also i heated the sleeves off my Syaoran. Now he's got those big green elbows, but a small price to pay for easier playability

Sometimes I do that with figures that I want to play with too, it's your toys and if you want to play with them and have fun that's way more important then catering to assholes on the internet who want to take good looking pictures to show off, makes me gag.

for the record, i do it quite often. I'd heat the skirt pieces off Zelda so now it looks like she's just wearing pants but now has a triangle belly button. then the sheath off of Lucina. And also something easy like the upper wings off SHF Imperialdramon

There was nothing to fix. The giant sleeves are part of the design, it looks bad without them. I don't see the point of buying a toy of a certain character if I'm going to make it innacurate, if I want something more poseable I would rather buy another character with less obtrusive clothes.
Then again it's your toy so do whatever with it. But there's no denying it looks wonky as fuck.

For sure. Considering Clear Card, they really should go back and release Clear Card ver. Sakura, hopefully to end everything there about the line. It's not like we'd ever get more popular choices like Yukito, Yue, Eriol and Spinel, Toya or Ruby anyway.
