Blackest Night wave could be an all buy depending on the sculpts
Brosnan Unmasked Dr. Fate if the headsculpt is accurate, really like a lot of his movies so interested to see him in that role
Movie Black Adam is a possibility depending on the design
Sabbac, Red X, Ghost-maker, Hush, Donna Troy, Duke Troy, and Scarecrow all sound interesting, just depends on the sculpts

Went to wal-mart to pick up some things and came out with Rebirth Batman. These things are much more impressive in person. Rebirth Batman is a bit too scrawny for my liking though, surprised that it seems to be a totally new sculpt from the BAF wave one.

The first Superman was pretty okay when it came to a near-classic design. The new Aquaman can be considered classic as well. I just don't want variations like all the Batman figures. I would even go as far as accepting the Hal from the two pack as semi-classic because the basic design is somewhat there. Nevertheless, Wondy and Flash have yet to get some proper treatment as well as Shazam.

The movie one honestly sucks shit , but the white knight is a fucking beast and it's maybe my favorite toy of last year. So many figures can ride it, and everything looks good doing it. The raptor is pretty even, but it's still a lot of fun.

I agree. They should have made them similar to the backpacks for McFarlane Fortnite figures instead of a giant gaping hole in his back. Maybe like a small part that pegs into the back with circular joints the wings snap onto so they can move up and down like what we got, but still be removable.

They could've easily done what they did for Redeemer's wings where 2 small holes are in the back and the wings snap into those. I think it's just more experimentation from MCF. They like to experiment with weird stuff, sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't. This just happens to be one of the times it didn't work that well. I still in no way would decline buying the figure though as its beautiful besides the wings. Wings could've used some kind of deco too.

Also sunken cost, a lot of people have put a shit ton of money into ML and so they just keep going because they have to. And I'm sure some genuinely like what they get.

Even before costs started going up I got tired of ML. I remember buying Thing and thinking he was pretty great. Then I bought one that was on one of those general bodies and I just really wasn't happy with the purchase. I even bought Silver Samurai and didn't really like him though he was unique. I felt like it was time to let ML go at that point.

Wolverine probably isn't the best example, but I agree MLs strong point is doing characters no other company will make.
Like who is going to give us a Morph, Ursa Major, Speedball, Vault Guardsmen, Hammerhead etc etc.

This could be good to get young kids into these heroes actually. Imagine a mom who doesn't really want to spend much money but wants a small toy for her kid with a comic to pass some additional time. This would be something that could get the kid into those characters' comics. It reminds me a little of Spawn wave 1 where each figure had a comic with them that kind of explained the character a bit for people who didn't read Spawn.

When wings are open people bitch due to the amount of shelf space it takes up (NECA Goliath), when wings are closed people bitch because they want flying poses for a character that can fly (DCMV Manbat). Autistic adults are impossible to satisfy. Luckily most of us basically know when we see a figure whether we like it or not and will ignore smaller downsides like wing configuration.

Like when I saw Batwoman Beyond I knew I had to get her. Don't care that the wing config is weird or anything. The claw hands would've been nice from the masked variant but not a deal breaker.

When I saw Croc or Manbat I knew the designs weren't strong enough for me to buy no matter wing configuration or anything; sure I saw them in Batman TAS and the occasional comic, but never liked the characters above the average.

Also the gargoyles problem is their winged are pretty much t posing, which makes them too heavy got the figures.

Of course the Wonder Woman, Catwoman and Motorcylce were already gone.
