I miss going to KB toys with my friend, we would hang out and occasionally visit the store and buy some stuff. There was a TRU near my area too but I only went there twice, it was a pain in the ass to get there if you didn't have a car, it was poorly located.

Where do you live?
I'm in Austria and all Toys r Us have been taken over by them. They seem to fare just as poorly btw. Bad locations, lackluster selection and hardly any shoppers whenever I go.

Toys stores die because of the stigma they attract. Any grown man who walks into them is either presumed to be a father or a loser, no middle ground.
The easy and simple way to fix this is to make a general "entertainment" store that sells video games AND collectibles.
