If you're so quick to fly into a destructive rage over something as small as posing a toy then there are two likely causes, the first is you have something else that is bothering you that is bubbling under the surface that you need to address. Maybe a conflict with spouse or loved one, problems at work, or you're depressed and it's manifesting as rage. try and keep track of your thoughts and see if anything keeps repeating. That might be the cause. If you can't solve it yourself, seek help either from a loved one/close friend (even if it's just asking if you can go out for a drink and chat) or seek professional help.
The other cause is you might naturally be prone to anger because it's your go to response. Breaking things is very cathartic and we tend to repeat cathartic and self-soothing behaviours, even if they're harmful to us in the long term. The more you indulge and violent outburst, the more likely you are to repeat it in future, and the easier you'll find yourself having these outbursts. Eventually you'll find yourself flying into a rage over minutia. This is not healthy for you, and can be harmful to those around you. Even if you're not directing your rage at your loved ones, it's still a frightening and damaging environment to be in, especially for young children who don't have the capacity to process what is happening.
Either way, take the time to reflect on your life and seriously consider that you might need help.
