but yes their business practices and communication are
shit too. When I received the "you have to pay shipping"
email I replied becasue I didn't know what they were
talking about, Their website told me I was getting
free shipping. I asked them all kinds of questions
but they didn't reply to any of it
their only response was "gimme money and you'll get
your order" that's their customer service
and the funny thing is on
the bottom of their receipt they send you it say
"We'll do everything we can to make
sure you have a great experience with us."
I had an awful experience and will never deal
with them ever again.
