There's a lot of missed potential with these figures (No swappable head for Zoro, no options for Luffy, no flames for Ace etc) but for what they're worth I'd say they're at least worth owning if nothing else because literally nothing else exists out there that's half decent unless you try investing in the VAH figures.
If we can at least get maybe a half-decent Robin, Brook and Usopp in this line then we'll finally have a pretty much complete Strawhat crew if you can accept some outliers (SHF Nami, Chogokin Franky etc).
