I ordered a gunpla, and it was taking long, to long, so long that 6 months had went by and I went "this shits not right at all" so I contacted them.
Very simple, gave my order number, purchase date, item, and simply requested if the item had been shipped or if there was an issue.
In the end I got a essay back of nothing but the most cunty of cunt things you get from retail service about how I need to learn patience etc etc etc and just in general foul, smart ass shit.
Weeks later it turned out I was right, they didn't ship the item, but it was to late, I filed a charge back on my credit card so I ended up getting a fucking gunpla, guess what? Wrong gunpla.
Never again, id rather pay the extra fee then ever deal with them again.
