Excluding plushies, a bit of a three-way tie between Mattel JP Legacy Brachiosaurus, Super colossal T-Rex, and Super Colossal Indominus Rex. Before them it was my Kenner Bull T-Rex.

Plushies, well, that goes to a decent-sized wolf-puppet my grandma gave me when I was 9 or 10.

Forgot, I also have the Mattel Legacy Apatosaurus
Super Colossals are shoulder-to-shoulder with Brachi in height. the Apato is the same size as them if not a little smaller. Brachi and Apato could pass as adolescents of their kinds compared to the colossals, considering the Brachi and Apato are around 1:18-ish while the super colossals are around 1:12-ish.

Sazabi is pretty bare bones with its gimmicks, head opens up for the cockpit and the back opens up so you can take out the funnels. Big O has a bit more to offer, chest opens up for the cannons, eyes light up, strike pistons are spring loaded and can be locked into place when pulled back, they slam forward when you press on the fists like in the anime, hands have articulated fingers but can be swapped out for molded fists either though they're kind of useless since you can make a pretty good fist with the articulated finger hands, the moby dick anchors which can be attached to a chain that can plug into any of the six removable points on the skirt armor and finally the figure comes with caps to cover up all the exposed screws/screw holes.

My biggest would have been this oversized In Space Megazord made of PVC or some soft plastic.
The joints were made poorly, so two of the knobs broke off- one where the arm attaches to the shoulder in Robot mode, the other where the leg attaches to the same place in Ship mode.

Largest toys I own are KO OS 3p combiners, Warbotron/Gravity Builder/TW Puzzler thing. All around 20in+ and glorious. Also have real MMC Feral Rex, but not as big compared to the KO.

I don't have this one anymore but I figured I'd show it anyway. It was probably 60 inches or so. I got it from a thrift store but it still had its original tag and looked new. It was super soft and it was stuffed with good stuffing and not pellets. Unfortunately it was only when I brought it into my room that I realized just how massive it was. When I tried to cuddle it in bed, I was pushed to the very edge and there was barely any room for me. Eventually I admitted that it was too big for me to really enjoy so I gave it to another thrift store along with some other plushies I didn't want anymore.

Still my Generations Metroplex at 1. Second is my Go-Onger G12(Japanese version). The American RPM version is a lot smaller. Then Third is G1 Fort Max I guess? Then the rest of my Titan Class Transfomers/3P combiner, and the rest of my cluster fuck sentai mechs. Bottom line is I have a hard time displaying them cause they need a ton of space.
