I see so many different names and listings for this figure (on Amazon, and pre-order on BBTS). Which is the "real" one? Does everyone just have this mold or something?

That's the bandai MMS obviously. Only $22 on Amazon right now. Get better at researching I literally just fucking googled this right now. It took less effort than making this thread.

The BBTS one is real, the real one on Amazon is the "BANDAI Godzilla Movie Monsters Series" one and the fake Amazon ones will look glossy and have random words like "Toy Action Figure Moveable Joints Soft Vinyl".

Literally the only company making Godzilla vinyls is bandai. If it's not an MMS you're probably getting chink'd. There's a lot of cheap bootlegs of smaller figures and some select bandai vinyls. You can find the bootlegs by searching for cake toppers usually. Or anything not made by bandai

Ooooh, I like Biollante, but not enough to spend hundreds of bucks on him, so this might just be the perfect one for my shelf. That price point sounds pretty sweet, and it looks relatively sizable.

There was pic related by SH Monsterarts released in 2013 for like $400. Now that I can afford him, I find it hard to justify that price. The MMS Biollante is me seeing if I want more, I think.
