BTW, plastic is a by-product, which is a waste material that comes from the production of oil to make fuel. So anything made from that sludge is SOMETHING that doesn't go straight to being dumped.
Making plastic toys from that sludge? It's a CLEVER and novel use that matters to humanity vs nothing is made and poured into our oceans and fresh water sources.
