Was there an explanation for why there were strange colored masks like yellow and purple and teal and orange on mata nui? just curious if there could have realistically been more things that weren’t ever physically seen in the media that could have existed.

As far as Lego is concerned, they spit in the drink and burger like a disgruntled mcdonalds worker, but as far as I can tell they haven't done the rest of us in by canceling the Bionicle vg project (that still has its steam page ongoing along with Discord).

So yes, but also no once again. This is at least how I'm taking it since I came because the game was the driver for interest but that could always backfire if Lego decides to Lando us by making the "deal worse every time" by canceling the fan game.

Pros: Produces actual good comic content that is really on point in encompassing story expanded universe(Replacing Vahki with Bohrok to streamline the stories into a more coherant narrative was a good touch)

We also will need to put up with other forms of creativity too since we ARE getting good content from people all over including Twitter and Reddit, but it also easily falls into landing on excessive when fans decide they want to interact further and start to see ultra-instinct levels of woke adherence to "creativity standards".

As for others that are mentioned, others are included but Bionicle only appear as an afterthought or just brief reference (as in this example of Youtube Media>>9693027).

We could use more, and that is why I see the videogames as a good means of reaching both camps very well.

One thing I will point out however is we have seen a reversal of this level of toxicity when you have (as one poster put it, a more centrist/non-leftwing volunteer with Crainy's project) some get castigated when they decide to talk of their opinions and then proceed to be Brolied off the production (Funnimation style) even when they make a legit game mechnic for Bionicle like their Mod of a Bionicle themed remod of Mario 64.

If anything, we need to be level headed on all ends of productions.

as for Nick Ripple, yes it is annoying all the political stuff (same with Faber as well) but this is just a symptom that most modern creatives seem to all have, due the ever increasing hyper polarization that society is going through, Hell I used to follow Trevor Henderson, but after his feed became nothing but basic bitch political diarrhea, I unfollowed, this is why we should make a concretive effort to not do the same on the projects we make

My biggest issue is kind of with the internet as a whole, the millennial generation brought irony culture to the forefront, to the point where no one takes anything seriously anymore, and I think this has done a lot of damage to our culture, and memes are a big symptom of this, now I'm not saying that memes shouldn't exist (lord knows I quite enjoy them) its more that they should not be the only thing we devote our time too, I just wish we could see more people being genuine and creative not just "lol liking things and taking anything serious is dumb"
I love Bionicle, its the only toys from my childhood I still have, its the series that made me interested in learning about a universe lore, and I want to have it live on in the culture, not through ironic memes or cringe culture, but through a genuine interest in the world that a lot of talented people poured their heart and soul into
