>>9702452The NBK sets look a lot better if you swap the purple & translucent parts between the 2 sets. But it takes about 1 hour per pair to do this as they're more complicated than they appear. Mixmaster's cab pieces are thin & easy to bend as I found out the hard way, at least the plastic takes little heat to remove a stress mark. Long Haul's chest is attached by 2 clips that require only slightly less force to get popped out than they do to break.
There is also Jinjiang, which is about $52, but really simplified yet has sturdy plastic. Excluding Long Haul they're good for individual bots with a combined mode that has some problems. I also color swapped that set, much easier overall, until I got to Scrapper & had to heat up & pry out pins in the scoop arm to swap it.
I haven't swapped Jinbao. Bonecrusher's arms would probably have to be destroyed to take them apart.
