I live in a place where toy collecting is not exactly common so the nearest Gamestop doesn't have a lot of toys. I did get a nice Naruto statue there though.

I think I've been inside a physical Gamestop once since 2020. They're pretty shit and markup everything. Only tend to buy exclusives from them. Although they seem to be getting Hasbro product in faster than anyone else so they have that going for them. I will say their customer service turned out to be better than expected. Got a SHF SS4 Goku that was missing one of its accessories and they sent me a whole new figure, letting me keep the first one too. Pretty rad.

I don't go to gamestop at all anymore. Went from being a nerdstop and turned into a tranny station. Every single time I walk into one in the last few years there has been some 40yo dude lookin like some pretty princess or some shit.

Cant say I can remember buying anything there besides maybe an Amiibo or two and some Lego Dimensions on clearance. Usually what they have at the stores I've been to is merch I don't like from some souless AAA game. "They made a toy for THAT?".

Sometimes you can snag something that is new or on preorder for a discount because its lumped together with othershit in a sale. I've preordered some DBZ figuarts from there for a nice discount. issue is their stock is shit and they sell out fast. The Figuarts in particular almost always go out of stock before the actual release.

I went there physically over the holidays and I probably won't do it again. I went there for some B2G1 Free promo for games and their game selection was absolutely shit. Toy selection was shit, and overpriced for what was in there. Probably not going to be visiting again anytime soon.

also never order used games online. These niggers will purposely send you the game without the box and you only save like 2 dollars.

Got it there because they had it before everyone else, and it was quite a bit cheaper too. They definitely seem to get a lot of stuff before anyone else.

Pretty much almost exclusively from there. Got SH Figuarts, Gunpla, and Marvel Legends at MSRP instead of retarded prices that you see in other hobby stores.

Plus the fact that they have the option to let you put 5 dollars as a down payment and pay the rest at pickup is great. That's how I got my SH Figuarts SSJ4 Goku.

I buy a lot off their website, but stores don't really care to notify you if your preorder comes in so I don't bother with b&m stores primarily, they do have better offerings than Target or Walmart, it's not as picked over

Rarely. They haven't had much of interest, most of what they do have is cheaper on Amazon & they now open later in the day. I prefer to shop early when less crowds are out. This is a red state so people believe in the fairy tale man more than they do science so I like to avoid the carriers who can't breathe with a mask on because they're pussies. Jon Taffer can wear one fine but not a Republican voter. Man vs subhuman, basically.
