I think there are a number of successful channels, but most of them would be dialed in fairly tight to only a few series, limiting their size. I don't think there's a market for an "all-toys" channel the same way you might have a general movies channel or general gaming. In the end, a big chunk of toy fans are in it due to an attached IP, so people who cover marvel movies might cover the toys too, but someone into marvel toys might not give a shit about toys for any other IPs.
