Question regarding those IKEA display cabinets that everyone seems to have. Do these come disassembled? If so, how large is the packaging? I’m going to the UK next month and I’m planning to buy one at a random IKEA over there . Would it be feasible to bring one of those with me on the plane?

No. The box is about as tall as the cabinet. Like 5 and a half feet. Not gonna be credible to bring on a plane.

They're also pretty heavy. For the price of the cabinet + what it'd cost you to bring it back, you could buy something WAY better locally.

Would be better off just trying to import one than dealing with trying to bring long panes of glass onto a plane.

US here but live nowhere near an IKEA. I have some but had to watch and wait for months until the put them on a major sale and then ordered several of them shipped to my house.

I assume they do that their as well,and would recommend it as the boxes are large and heavy.
