It's Lumineux Legend of Ravaging Dynasties cube. You can charge it with usb cable and turn the light on.
It sounds cool but looks like ass. It looks better when not lit, because stickers don't pass light and in the dark you won't make out much anyway.

Decided to take it out and make a photo and it actually isn't as terrible as I remember.
Still green and blue tiles are almost impenetrable while orange and red are hard to tell apart.
I also didn't expect it to work, it was sitting in the box for like a year.
