Unironically try and match the poses on the back of the box 100%, once you can do that try mimicking your favorite comic book panels.

I mean, as long as you're satisfied that's really all that matters.

Learn to pose without stands first, posing without stands is all in the ankles and establishing a solid stance. Google image action poses and just straight up copy them as best you can, put yourself in those poses then translate that to the figure. It sounds silly but you quickly begin to understand better subtleties in posing and making them look natural.

I mean ask yourself do they look natural? What are they even doing? You can just copy off poses off other people or in the back of the boxes or simple artwork from pages.

Seriously its almost like drawing it takes a bit of time but you'll get the hang of it.

just google a picture and try to replicate the pose, eventually you'll do them naturally and you'll stop being a poselet.
