I feel /toy/ could benefit form a increase of the bump limit and better moderation.

Certain generals have people in them taking advantage of /toy/'s lax moderation to bring down the quality of discussion.

A notable example would be in the Transformers general, where one person repeatedly tries to stir trouble and as soon as a thread hits the bump limit, they post another one. The obvious issues with this is that it floods the catalog with multple generals on the same topic, and fragments discussion (as well as bring the quality of it down) since people don't know which is the current thread. As of the time of me writing this, there are currently five Transformers threads in the catalog, for a board as slow as /toy/, that is a rediculous amount. I believe a increase of the bump limit would help qualm the justification the individual has for doing this.

Better moderation is required too, I'm not sure why this individual has been allowed to go on as long as he has, because this has been going on for a very long time, and they've done more than enough to justify being perma/rangebanned multiple times overs.
