Use the Walmart app when it doesn't scan at the register and show it to them. The app (as long as you link it to the store location you're at) will always bring up the item and price even if it's street dated.

I've done this a couple time. They had Masters of the WWE figures at Walmart that didn't show up in the system yet, so I took a skeletor, and just scanned him three times, and paid.

I didn't steal, I paid the same price that they were, and if Wal-Mart was supposed to put them out later, that's their fuck up

I literally once got away with shoplifting at Target because I stole a hot wheels that was out before street date.

I scanned it and it didn't have a price so I knew it was not supposed to be on shelves, but I wanted it so I stuck it in my pocket. They stopped me at the door with security and said they got me on cam putting it in my pocket, I told them I brought it in with me and I wanted to see how much they sold it for to compare.

They scanned it, and saw it wasn't in their system and I said if they don't even sell it, so how could I steal it? The manager must have been clueless about street dates or didn't want to start shit over a $3 hot wheels so they apologized and let me go with the car.
