>>9733676well that's why I was so surprised, I mean I've managed to talk to stores before when their online storefront was fucking busted, and talked them through 90% of the 'let's just set an order up over the phone' process, until finally I get transferred to the person who takes payment and he informs me this isn't something they can do over the phone. fucking frustrating. fix your sites. Even if I had a car or a friend with a car, it'd be pretty hard to justify 'hey let's go to a store to get this particular toy' when that's the kind of purchase generally done online..
>>9733682that's what I was thinking. The further we get into "the show basically copied the toy" territory, the less sense it makes to keep having re-releases and also new characters who combine the original toy and the show model and also more realism or whatever, into one new thing. Downright dippy to keep that up into the transmetals.. so will the hasbro execs be hip enough to handle this, or will they just get confused and do nothing
and for that matter, I mean if we did get a new transmetal rattrap, I suppose he'd be even smaller than the original toy, which makes it even less likely we get the show's improvements (namely the entire rat body assembly swivels around to put the rat hips at his shoulders, and his tail is a series of articulated cone shapes instead of awkward interlocking hinges)
