Gund has some Peter Rabbit plushes available that look to be a good fit for what you're looking for. Along with other rabbits (it was just Easter, so it's a good time if you want a full rabbit theme)
Other than that, it's worth looking in thrift stores or small brands because they have the style you want.
I don't know how big the mushroom and rabbit are but I think it would be cool to pick up a Calico Critters mice family to also live in the scene. Not plush, but they are very cute and would look nice with a little house.
