>>9744283>>9744619Truth is, I barely changed anything about the main body, lmao. The key differences are some swapping around of technic beams on the interior for better stability, but visually, it's that I removed the entire previous neck assembly and replaced it with a single metru limb, made the shoulder armor sit lower, and also removed the little faux-cape bits at the bottom. That's it, besides removing/replacing tiny greebles with more neutral pieces, but that's merely detail work.
Y'see, the reason the old neck was the way it was (hunched forward), is because the og moccer wanted to use this original Lego cape piece (I believe from Knights Kingdom idk), but these are old and frail now, so he overdesigned the neck so it wouldn't stress the fabric needlessly.
Personally I have issues with the cape (too short and the technic-built extensions don't sell the look to me), so I was going to use something else anyway regardless, so I just axed everything related to it and inadvertently fixed the neck lol.
But yeah, my Artakha would basically need a custom cape to be accurate really, but it's just cloth; I don't see it as much of a big deal in the same way plastic/colors is. Lego basically makes their own "official custom" capes individualized for every single constraction figure they ever made, they're almost NEVER shared between them, so I'm not losing sleep about it.
