Im a necafag and Even I know NECA have a lot of products that have joints that degrade and break by just existing.
Specially salty about it because Im moving some toys around, and this diablo figures arms just fell off, the 2 joints just rot or something.
a lot of other figures have perfectly good strong joints that dont break... but dont know if they are just cheap bastards and dont want to fix this kind of shit.

Neca has really great sculptors and does a great job at likeness. But yeah, their joints are so bittle. Weak and fragile

I wish they fixed it. I have 30 year old toys that last longer than a neca toy from a couple of years only

This giant DC arkham figures, cant recall the name of the line.
They had a good price point, but they used translucid plastic for the joints, and it just crack after a while.
So I may say DC Direct? dont know if they still do this.

I mean. probably, I just buy more necas, so my sample size is bigger, but I have never expirience the same problems with the joints with any other companies no storm collectibles, no figma, no marvel legends. except with dc direct, and funko with the evolve monster

Oh, then you're lying. The Evolve stuff broke a ton. And I've had lots of issues with all of those companies, especially Hasbro. Black series, ML ankles, vintage collection....McFarlane is the worst of it.

A quick YouTube search on neca vids will show you thousands of comments on broken figs. Almost every review of any neca fig will have comments on breakage from fans

And At least 3 times, the neca figure has broken DURING a toy review. pennywise broke during someone's review.
Reddit/ Amazon, everywhere where neca is discussed, you will have complaints of breakage
And before I'm called a liar. The YouTube vids and Reddit posts and Amazon reviews are all there to see. I can back up the claims.
Sounds more common than other companies.
Neca does tiny fragile joints and tight hard to love areas

let me count, I have around 50, and here is the list of neca figures that broke.
-Dante rist joints
-the 2 portal robots broke like hell because the glued joints (This is my most hated purchase)
- l4d smoker fell off
- the dead space zombie joints got stuck and broke
-like 2 alien rist joints (granted one was maybe a knock off so wont count that because im not sure)
-this diablo yesterday

Have not bought anything Mcfarlane to know.

Did the ML ankles broke or just got lose? because im not counting joints getting lose.

i find hasbro stuff less likely to actually break due to the soft plastic they use. it has been known to tear from time to time but ive never had an issue. the only neca breaks ive ever had were due to brittle plastic or from that era where they kept getting air bubbles in the joints
