I'm not but I know a guy who's definitely similar. He's not as unpleasant as Rusty but he's in his mid 30s without a real job, constantly going on about how he's going to make it big with his toy "projects" that he's been working on for 10+ years now that have never come to fruition.

And his family is filthy fucking rich so they can indulge him. Have to wonder what'll happen when his parents pass though, I doubt he has the smarts to run their company.

I check every box there except I am not longer employed since I became physically disabled a couple of years ago. But I had worked long enough and paid enough taxes when I was working to get a decent amount of disability $$$ from the gubernment. So I guess technically I'm NEET but I live on my own and can afford my own bills and toy collecting. In fact I'm currently saving up for a house, by putting a few grand into my savings account every couple of months.
