It's ontopic, because OP thinks he's settling an argument, not releasing it was already settled decades ago when the comic books, trading cards, and official handbooks from the 90s literally explained/showed the same thing.
only the moviecasuals and weeaboos are in denial about it, because reality doesn't line up with their headcanon.
