Hasbro confirmed the ML would be in 2023. The only other company confirmed to be working on NWH in 1/12 is Bandai. They announced that they are working on Tobey and Andrew SHFs but knowing Bandai it'll be late 2023 or early 2024 by the time they come out.

At least hot toys is making a 1:6th scale version of him. Posing is pretty limited due to the fabric but the tease they showed looks pretty good

With his face? Possibly never. The costume? Eventually. Longer it takes to happen the better the "tech" will be, though, it really doesn't need to get much better for a good figure at this point. All that said, I would like this expression.
