In the video he says some warming sensor was accidentally moved by some contractors off the floor so they were unaware of the leak until it was far too late. As annoying and off putting as the guy is I kinda feel bad for him. You can tell he's incredibly upset in the video he posted. Reading through the comments it seems he fucked up big-time by not letting his insurance adjuster know he was running his business out of the home, so it's unclear just how much insurance will cover. Pretty sure he's gonna have to eat that lost stock.
On the good news he mentioned their might be a big loose figure sale on his store. So maybe you can score some cheap stuff that way.
