Why is Hasbro the only western toymaker that can consistently implement a convincing forward torso bend?

Neca, McFartlane, Jazzwares and even Mezco struggle with this concept. Just use a ball+hinge combo(pic related) or a double-ball with enough room in the sculpt to actually move, Christ.
