Post-Frozen, we had Big Hero 6, Inside Out, Monsters U, Zootopia, Moana, Coco, Incredibles 3, Ralph Breaks the Internet, Toy Story 4, Onward, Soul, Raya, Luca, Encanto, Ron's Gone Wrong, and Turning Red. The vast majority of these averaged over 90% scores, and there is nothing there under 80%. The advertising and merch pushes for most of these were fairly huge too, I know since I work near a Disney store and saw the rollout each time.
The real reason there are less awesome fast food toylines has already been discussed ITT, after the demonization of fast food and health push, things just haven't been the same again for many chains, and even when we go get awesome ones like
