There part of a kickstarting campaign by a company called Lone Coconut. The goblin guys were kickstarted. Sadly you can only by only a few versions of them on BBTS as some of the others ones are either sold out or were only on the kickstarter. They are however doing a new wave/kickstarter for "plunderlongs" and "plunderstrongs, basically tall hobgoblin type goblins and giant hulking orc like goblins. You can find a bunch of youtube videos showing them off. They're like goblins but in a pirate/Caribbean setting.
