What do people born late 80s+ think of 80s toys? Do you look on them fondly and recognize them as a Golden Era of toys, or do you find them dated and obsolete.

I turned 41 today (born in '81) and I feel like being a kid in the 80s was literally peak life; the toys, video games, and cartoons of that era were primed and geared for kids in ways that have never been done before or since. But I'm curious if this is purely nostalgia lenses doing the talking or if the 80s were legitimately a peerless time for high quality toys the like of which has never been seen since.
