This is what I do when I start feeling like money is getting tight. Sometimes I start a line and it doesn't go anywhere so I don't see the point in keeping the rest. I like how self-sustaining collecting toys is in regards to their second-hand market value.

stud finders are shit like that.
I tried to find a good one by looking at reviews online and most builders say not to use them and just rely on measuring tapes that point out where they /should/ be or using a sharpened wire thingie to physically find them by poking holes into the drywall.
