So is this line dead now? I haven't heard a peep about any additional figures, which kinda blows. Do you think they'll renew the line once SF 6 comes out?

Maybe, it'll probably depend on how well SF6 does. I think Ryu came out like a year and some change after the game released, so if we haven't heard anything a year or so after SF6 releases, probably not.

Yeah, not surprised. Some releases were pretty hilarious looking, lol. Still, there were some gems that came out for sure. I guess we'll have to wait and see then. I don't know anyone other than Storm that would release figures if Bandai doesn't that would be around this scale.

you do realize storm collectables has a zangief figures for sale. they used to have classic guile but they sold out. storm collectables beat figuarts when it came to some of the male figures like sagat

Barring any potential major fuckups it seems that SF6 is heading to be commercially successful compared to SFV, so I guess we might see renewed interest when it comes out.
I'm not much of a fan of the new outfits, so let's hope the do classic designs as well.

It kills me since I bought into the line and now there's nothing. I hope if SF6 does reinvigorate the line they continue with the old designs and give us Guile, E. Honda, Zangief, Dahlsim, Feilong, T Hawk.

His height is fixable, kinda same with figuarts Batfleck, you just need to replace the waist joint with a longer one to fix both, I got mine on sale at Bluefin for $35 a year or 2 ago snd never regret it, I have all the p1 Sota and SF figuarts except Rashid so I can just mix and match them

Some JP amazon reviews and Twitter speculated that it was due to Covid and nobody from Bandai Japan had been in the china factory for the QA

For $35 when I got it, I don't mind fixing it,
SF is a popular franchise so there is a chance that Bandai will revisit this line, kinda like what they dud with Naruto line

For now I just replace some Sota SF with their figuarts counter parts
