I collect modern stuff too, but I'm extremely selective of it. The Masterpiece Transformers, Mcfarlane stuff, and some Final Fantasy stuff as good examples. The reason is because overall the 100th version of Darth Vader, Optimus, and He-Man will never be worth a shit in the long run over the original.
