I remember a Lego statue of what may have been Tahu Nuva but maybe I am remembering wrongly in Legoland Windsor, if not Windsor then maybe hamleys London.

Anyway, if anyone could find pictures of a Lego statue of a toa like this one in Legoland Windsor or somewhere in London I would appreciate it, I know I am vague but it was a long time ago.

If the pic you posted was in Windsor Legoland or from somewhere in London, that may have actually been it (even if it’s mata and not nuva, my memory is dodgy). The statue was there way, way after 2001 though.

I "want Bionicle back" in the sense that I miss it and I wish it was still like 2001-2003 with an active Bionicle community, old mask packs in stores, etc. But I don't want Lego to bring back Bionicle because they would fuck it up.

This. I lost interest in Bionicle after 2003. I didn't care for the redesigns of the Toa Nuva and I felt like every subsequent line got uglier and uglier.

I am conducting extremely invasive pin-swapping surgery to swap the 3L pins from blue to black, and the 2L pin w/ 1L axles from red to dark bley. Unfortunately a few of the most-noticeable blue pins are actually 1L pin w/ 1L axle, which are much harder to source in other colors. I'm only replacing pins that will be visible from the outside. Like usual I'm only going to take a whole new photoset when I have a new suite of accessories to share, but in the meantime the corners of the bed are much-improved with black pins.
