The dark horse in valuables could be Slinky Dog, as Slinkies are easy to break, and Slinky Dog was probably a one-off concept, so it's possible that a still-functioning Slinky Dog would be worth something...unless it was extremely common and still manufactured.
In-universe, Buzz Lightyear was probably all but worthless online, they had released a new version with a utility belt or something at one time, but the sheer number of Buzz Lightyear toys meant that by around 2010, those things would be showing up in flea markets. Same thing with Rex (common Tyco-style toy), Potato Head (basically worthless), and the piggy bank.
