That 'Diablo' is listed as 1/10, but what exactly makes him 1/10? I don't think they give a shit, just like Japan and how their figures are all technically non-scaled, especially between different series. "1//12" is a buzzword that gets attention from the West, and if it brings them more buys, I don't think they care. Joytoy also has their 1/18 marines being too short for the scale relative to canonical heights. Pretty safe to say most companies don't give a shit about scale.
