OP, I think your pic related actually answered your question. Only thing I can think of are the Transfirmers who are the head-units of the normal-sized TFs. ‘Headmasters’ I think is what they were called (not big into the TF franchise, so correct me if I’m wrong).

It’s the World’s Smallest Ravage, part of the sound wave package so not really a solo figure but still is able to actually somewhat move as much as the G1 one

Figures in the 1/60 scale are the smallest I know that have decent articulation. Figures from the diaclone reboot and rihio multiabyss Figures are some of the more plentiful. You'll see more pics and discussion of them in the modular thread here.

They are pretty expensive nowadays due to being from early 2010’s or mid 2000’s I think, though soundwave isn’t the worst offender in price thankfully I think
