I feel like every transformer has a box 3 or 4 times the size of the figure, from a company thats "environmentally concious."
In truth the box size means nothing to the toy. Its just hasbro trying to justify 50$ for a 7 inch figure, mcfarlane would sell for 20$. I understand the engineering is more complicated but really at most it should be 30$.
With closed boxes this is an even bigger problem, because with no research you assume a huge box means you'll get a fig maybe half an inch smaller. Instead you get like 3 inches smaller.
I'm not sure if this is inflation or scamming hasbro up to their tricks again, but power of the primes leaders costed the same but were way larger.
Is hasbro scamming us?
