>>9982856It looks like it came out of a forgotten 1996 anime, which may be a good or bad thing to you (as you can see by the division of opinion above). So whether you like the aesthetic is entirely your call.
As a toy, she's quite good, not the best poser but more than good enough. I particularly enjoy that they handled her hi-tops intelligently, and put a mid-shoe joint in them rather than doing shit-range ball ankles at the tops of the shoes. I wouldn't spend a lot on her, but if you can get her for retail or less, yeah, I'd recommend her.
