It really depends on what version of the Joker you want. AY is more of a "definitive" Joker, a mixture of all the Jokers, from the animated series to the comics to Arkham to the movies etc, so he's good for me as representing most version of the character. Fleck's best figure is probably the one you posted. MAFEX has some good Jokers too but they're more so from specific comics and movies, and do to Warner Bros leadership going insane they aren't allowed to give toys of DC characters guns, leading to some weird shit. the AY Joker came before this mandate, so he comes with two tommy guns, two revolvers, a bullet firing special effect, and a gag revolver.
