The guy's a legit sociopath with NO LOSE CONDITION. He likes talking about Transformers and is happy to do so. He also likes seeing people upset and angry at him/what he's done. He doesn't care either way. Engagement is engagement. Trying to punish him is pointless because just acknowledging he exists is a win for him. He can't lose, but we can win by not allowing him to get mad at him.
