>went over char limit>>9994848>the price wasn't terrible, he was intact, and I thought whatever, i'm saving on shipping. and I've really enjoyed this time customizing himIf he was worth that to you anon, then he's worth it. I got Rod for $120 CAD when he was later seen at $80 CAD... but I didn't know whether he'd be cheaper after Christmas or whether I'd miss out on my fave char forever.
>i'm saving on shipping.I hate hate HATE shipping fees. Distribution should be fine such that me popping into the store lets me inspect and take home a bot comfily. Instead of playing a fucking mystery game with whether a retailer will have or sell/ship a qc/defect-free product on a timely basis. Never mind the dogshit about pre-orders or shipping or fluctuating prices. (did you know that the amazon center for my city is notorious for having thefts occur? Labeling your purchase as a gift apparently makes it less likely for them to fuck with your shit!)
>and I've really enjoyed this time customizing himI think it was worth it for you then, anon. I'm really happy to hear something positive like this, instead of dealing with dogshit fucking retail, corporation, or thread wars. (can you tell how frustrating this hobby has become)
>It's just a really good moldI skipped on him at like, $25 CAD/deluxe prices since I only had Blackarachnia and he (Dinobot, obviously) wasn't my favourite. I missed out...
Maybe I'll try to keep an eye out for the toy one... but the show one looks so nicer, it'd be weird to get the toy-colours one...
>did have Dinobot as a kid>but it was the 10th anniv oneI tried digging him out, but some of his claws broke, unsure whether it was from other figures around him or if it was gps... ;_;
>>9994866I just want one, ONE fuckin conehead. It was mystifying to me as a kid, knowing only some things about season 1 but not 2
