I don’t collect anything from any mass-market retail shop, and prefer to have a small more exclusive collection of LE items that cap at ‘no more than 10,000 ever made worldwide’, including several artist signed and ooak pieces. Probably spend about the same amount as any average toy collector but only have about 1/10th of the stuff, judging by the collection displays I’ve seen. Each piece is harder on my wallet for sure - but ample storage space and nice display is also never a problem. This thread is dumb. Collect mass-market if you like them but jeez, let a kid get something cool.
