Idk wtf "devolution" is but you know if an ebay seller sends you something that isn't as described, you don't actually have to return it, right? Ebay will just give you your money back.

I thought ebay/paypal always refunded the customer no questions asked if they complained? Sellers have complained to me about getting scammed that way, where they're legitimate but the buyer claims it never arrived or it was broken and the store sides with the customer.

The shipping window was abused during quarantine, I remember almost getting scammed too, because ebay would tell you over and over again that shipping is a mess and you need to wait until the three month window expired and you already got fucked, if you opened claims before ebay would repeat "wait because quarantine" over and over again, even the seller would say that he cannot leave his home to ship it, the shipping service suddenly stopped and surprisingly went back online again etc etc etc etc etc, took me 6 claims to get my money back

the closes thing was some years ago, I bought on ebay a collection of gears of war neca figures.
But the thing was never shipped or lost on the male or something.
And ebay just gave me back the shipping cost as a compensation.
