I don't need another Retro-developed Prime, but something by a talented team with a clear direction given a reasonable budget, who actually understand the series' defining traits like level design and item-progression and spooky atmospheric alien stuff --maybe FROMSOFT?-- would be a welcome return to form. I'm probably going to buy a Switch eventually for muh Merry-Oh and the like, but I would pre-order one TODAY if a legit Metroid were shown off right now.
