Transportation: Heavy focus on public transportation; high-speed rail.
Economic policy: Free-market and free-trade, except where it is necessary to protect supply-lines of industries essential to national security or to deter foreign protectionism. Public options should exist in healthcare / education.
City development: Facilitate urbanization; remaining land as wild or agricultural; subsidize verticle construction. Expand protected land area.
Education: students with interest or particular aptitude in primary education will be channeled into corresponding program in secondary school. Encourage apprenticeship / vocational education as alternative to college.
Energy policy & EPA: Subsidize nuclear, renewables like solar, electrical vehicles, verticle farming, carbon tax.
Space-program: subsidize competition in private industry beyond essential research, business, and national security needs (GPS / weather constellations).
Welfare: guaranteed minimum access cellular/internet tech, public transportation, educaton, utilities, other necessities (healthcare, nutrition &c.).
Reproductive policy: incentives to encourage higher socioeconomic status to have larger families + incentive for opposite end of the spectrum to have smaller families. boarding-school infrastructure to enable parents to continue work / education unhindered.
Immigration and culture: board of national culture to facilitate integration of migrants into civic society. Restrictive and selective with respect to those allowed to migrate. Refugees should be accepted if they've no other secure option on a temporary basis.
Military: Reduce military spending. Expand R&D into anti-ICBM technology and unmanned military technology. Mediating roll in foreign conflicts outside of extreme circumstances.
Firearms: Leave it to states to determine policy.
