The psychopaths in Psychology are trying to change this problem, because the only non-psychopathic option is sacrificing yourself by throwing yourself off the bridge and saving everyone from the incoming train.
They are literally changing it to "kill yourself, kill other people" so that they can't be tricked by their own psychology tests and can further manipulate people. If those are the only 2 choices you are presented, the non-psychopath option is "kill other people", because without those 2 options, hurting yourself is more psychotic than some fucking anons (but watch them try and talk around that point).
