As per working for other boards, no idea who is hiring, or even what they are looking for. I'd really like to work with a team, talk with users and vote for memes/horns/colors and such; however I think the boards I browse pretty much are all full up.
I'll check in tomorrow to see if anyone is hiring, if the strawpoll tomorrow means nothing.
In light of discovering that the strawpoll has been comprimised, whatever the final total will be of aggregate votes, including "Yes, No, and meme" will be cut in half.
What this means:
If the ratio does not match our posting speed, the poll is invalidated and ultimately a no go.
If no outweighs yes, no go.
If the ratio remains within our speed despite the total cut and yes wins out over no, then we'll go forward with making a team, for the sake of the Invitationals and a little more exposure.
