Change is inevitable. As I get older, wrinkles form on my face. I can't run or jump like I used to. I have responsibilities, and I don't have the energy I once did to tackle them all.
I don't fear change, and I know /tg/ will never be like it used to be. Newfags come and oldfags go, and I cannot change that.
But for those of us who still remember times that were good, and where we ruled the board, we cherish those memories dearly. To see my memories be so aggressively erased like this, all for a silly grudge? It does hurt me dearly.
Please understand mods that I don't blame you for wanting this place to be a better place. It's got a bad rap because a lot of bad people made this place home. But please remember that there are decades of internet culture carved into the echos of the people who browse here.
I would hate to become another ghost in the history of this place.
